My favorite is the recipe below that I made up, and it's really good, and good for you too, as long as you don't use too much butter. =)
1 cup white rice (or any kind you want, I just prefer white)
1 tsp butter (lowfat, margarine, butter substitute)
some pepper (or salt, but I don't use extra salt)
chopped raw onion
really good. Also good with soy or teriyaki sauce.
